NB:  By just recharging your line won't bring up the data network so what you need to do is subscribe for a data. You can go for the one day data plan which costs N50 for 30MB. To subscribe for "Glo 30MB for N50", make sure you have up to N50 on your Glo line. Then sms 14 to 127 to purchase the data plan. You will recieve a confirmation SMS from glo welcoming you to the plan.

HOW TO STOP AUTO RENEWAL
At default, once you subscribe to a data plan, it will be automatically renewed upon validation period so to stop the auto renewal, SMS Cancel to 127 and you are good to go.
